Limitied Warranty

33acoustics instruments are warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the instrument, for as long as I am actively building and servicing instruments.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and aging, including fret wear, finish checking or settling, changes in geometry over time, or other maintenance that naturally occurs with acoustic instruments. Damage caused by improper humidity or temperature exposure, accidents, neglect, abuse, modification, or repairs performed by unauthorized persons is also not covered.

Every 33acoustics instrument is handcrafted using carefully selected materials and built with great attention to detail. My goal is to create instruments that I would be proud to own and play myself. I deeply appreciate every customer and will always do my best to stand behind my work and help keep your instrument performing its best.

Acoustic instruments are built from thin, responsive pieces of wood and are sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity. Improper storage or exposure to excessively dry, hot, or cold conditions can lead to cracks, loose braces, lifted bridges, finish checking, and changes in playability or geometry.

One of the most common causes of damage is dehydration caused by low humidity. Likewise, leaving an instrument in a hot vehicle or exposing it to rapid temperature changes can cause damage that is not considered a defect in workmanship and is therefore not covered under warranty.

Over time, many acoustic guitars will eventually require a neck reset. This occurs naturally from years of string tension and environmental changes and is considered normal long-term maintenance rather than a defect in construction.

33acoustics makes no other express warranty of any kind.
