My journey in the art of woodworking began at a young age, learning from my father, who himself was a master woodworker. He instilled in me a reverence for the natural beauty of wood and the importance of meticulous craftsmanship. Over time, I found myself drawn to the intersection of woodworking and music. After helping some friends with repair work, the allure of creating instruments from scratch became irresistible. It was a natural progression for me as I was able to combine my love of woodworking and the appreciation for music. Crafting instruments has became a harmonious extension of my creative journey.
I am committed to using the finest materials sourced from sustainable and responsible suppliers. The choice of wood, hardware, and finish are carefully considered ensuring the instruments are not only aesthetically pleasing but also durable. Building extremely playable instruments is fusion of skill, craftsmanship and the enjoyment of music. I take great pride in creating instruments that not only look beautiful but also produce exceptional sound quality. I want them to look beautiful as well as play beautifully. The result is a playable work of art, an instrument that not only showcases the natural beauty of wood but also becomes a tool for musicians to express their creativity.
I have always embraced custom work. Collaborating to bring a vision to life is a source of joy and fulfillment for me. From deciding on the material that is used to the type of hardware and appointments on the finished piece and bringing an idea to life is my enduring goal.
